Thanksgiving

Last week we got out on the 24th and we had a five day week. Wednesday my brother and I stayed home and did nothing. Then at 3 clock i had to go in and wash the fire trucks. We washed all 4 of the trucks with windex. Then Thursday I went over to my grandmas and she made a small dinner. Because her dinner was on Saturday. So then on that night I was in the Christmas parade in at Hale. It was a whole 10 minutes. Friday we went to Chillicothe and then we went to Marshall. We spent all day in Marshall. Saturday we went to my aunts and had thanksgiving. My uncle Ron came and he is in a wheelchair. So then when Ron and Devin got ready to leave he set on a bucket. He did this so they could get his wheelchair and move it down. Well guess what he over shot the bucket and he bounced down the stairs. It was so funny. Then that night we went to my grandma Cindy's and we had thanksgiving. There was over 31 people at my aunts and over 30 people at my grandmas. I had a good time at thanksgiving. 

This summer

This summer went by very quick. I played baseball i was the first basemen, Tug was the pitcher and short stop. Caleb played pitcher and short stop when tug was pitching. We did pretty good and the middle league girls did a lot better then the boys. Other than that i did not do much. I went to my grandmas a lot. We looked at a new house and now we are going to maybe get the new house. It is in Chillicothe, but we are going to move the house down here. We are going to get it after this winter. I can not wait because there is 4 of us in a single wide trailer. Know we are going to get a double wide. I also joined the fire department. 

This weekend was Easter. I got a lot of candy. Thursday we got out early from school and Friday and Monday. Friday I had a funeral to go on Friday. My great grandpa passed away. He was buried at the veterans cemetery in Higginsville Mo. On Saturday I stayed at home until that night and then we went to my aunts for Easter. On Sunday morning we went to my grandma Cindy's for brunch. All my cousins were there and they were all annoying.  left as quick as i could. On Monday I went to my aunts and stayed the day there. We went mushroom hunting and we found none. We probably could have but we were across the fence and here came the goat, the 3 legged dog, and 2 out of 3 puppies. It was quite an adventure with the 3 legged dog.

This is the chapel were my grandpa had his funeral. It is at the veterans cemetery. They also had a 21 arm salute and it was very cool.There was a soldier that gave a flag to my grandma in honor of my grandpa, but it was not the soldier in the picture.  

   

This weekend i don't have to anything. i am going to walk a lot this weekend. I signed up for 100 missouri miles challenge. When you hit 100 miles the capital sends you a medal. In 12 days i have walked 97 miles. I have been walking a lot. There are a lot of people in the 100 missouri miles challeng. 15,143 Missourians have logged 1,288,353. That is a lot of miles. Other then walking i have nothing to do this weekend. This is the medel that you recive when you hit 100 miles.

My AG Project

In AG i built a table for my aunt and uncle. They are going to have a baby soon so i gave them the table. It took about the entire quarter to build it. At first when i tried  my first top for the table it ended up being bad. Then my teacher and i made a new top and it turned out well. The next day when i came in the new top was warped but then we got it to where it was not warped any more. I got to take it home and then i took it to my aunt and uncles. It made my aunt cry and she said that she would pay $100 a piece for 2 end tables. So this summer i am going to build tables and sell them.

 this is kinda like the table but mine was smaller. It had a darker stain and it was made out of pine and not barn wood. The bottom of my slats were running long ways.

This weekend is my brothers last Y-ball game. His birthday is also on Saturday the 22nd. On Wednesday night we took five kids out of his class bowling. On Saturday after the game we are going to bring 5 of  my brothers classmates to our house and Jason is going to have a sleepover. Then on March 1st Jason is going to have a family/friends birthday party. i might get to have a friend over so i don not have to deal with 1st graders all night. I hope my brother has a good birthday. This is where we went bowling.

Last Saturday I went to a science Olympiad competition at Carney Middle school.It was fun! I was in anatomy, crime busters, and disease detectives. i did horrible in a 3. In anatomy i came in 17th place out of 24.Crime busters i do not know what i scored because Caleb and Tug beat my team. In disease detectives i placed 22nd out of 24. I hope i do better at the other competition we go to. Since I got beat in crime busters I am now in entomology. I hope that is easy because i know nothing about bugs. On Sunday i went to Chillicothe and Walmart. Then i ate at El Toro. That night my mom made blue cheese chicken and i do not like it. That is all i did this weekend.This is blue cheese it is disgusting.

 

This weekend was fun. On Saturday morning my brother had a Y-Ball game so we had to get up and go to that. At the Y-Ball game my mom got a E-Mail that said," my great, great, aunt is really bad a they do not think she will make it through the weekend." She did not make it through the weekend she died on Sunday at 5 o'clock. She passed right before my cousins birthday. The rest of Saturday i was in Cameron. I went to see my great grandpa at the veterans home and he was doing well. On Sunday I did all my homework and went outside and walked a mile. Then I went to El Toros for my cousins birthday and that is when i found out that my great great aunt died. That is all I did this weekend.
